Zesen's journey began in 2006 with humble beginnings. Its founder, Mr. Lam, embarked on a mission to build his own business, driven by the desire to earn the trust of his fiancée. After spending several months working in a small factory, he ventured to Guangzhou to pursue his passion for fashion jewelry trading. The initial phase was filled with challenges, but Mr. Lam's determination never wavered. To sustain the business, he made significant sacrifices, reducing his living expenses to the bare minimum. For an entire month, he subsisted on a simple diet of rice and two salted eggs per day. Despite enduring immense hardships, Mr. Lam's unwavering spirit propelled him forward. Gradually, through his reliable service and competitive pricing, he began to attract customers and secure orders. A year later, he celebrated his marriage to his wife, marking a significant milestone for both their personal and professional lives. From that moment on, Zesen embraced a core principle: prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else. Today, the Zesen team has grown to over 200 dedicated individuals, yet their commitment to their customers remains as strong as it was on day one. The journey of Zesen is a testament to the power of perseverance, resilience, and an unwavering dedication to meeting customer needs.
